I have ordered 2 Power Banks 20000 mAH for Rs. 1399 on September 17, 2015. The Power Bank was not charging anything, so i called on customer care service number but no one was picking my call. i had even mailed them but they just sent me system generated mail. One day they picked my call and said that i should sent back to them and they will credit my money in my account. i had courier my product on October 7, 2015. The product was delivered on October 8, 2015 but my account is not credited.
