[Resolved]  Whaaky.com — Product not delivered

its been over 15 days since i ordered a pack of 4 koutons shirts and they are not delivered still so i request the team to respond as soon as possible my order with reference no S[protected]

Dear sir, i had placed a order no:S80458499 on 30jun2014 but still i did not got the product, they provide fedex consignment number also i.e[protected] when i contacted to fedex custromer care they told that they have not received the product from whakky.com.they generated the number and provided me the number.whakky.com not giving response to mail also and they are not lifting the phone, i tried many times.Please assist me what to do i want money back from them at any how.Thanks RegardsFareed[protected]

28th Aug i received fake dispatched alert. Delivered via FirstFlight and consignment No. F[protected].

I have enquired the Firstfligh customer support they said the product was not yet dispatched. So i tried to communicate with Whaaky customer support[protected] but the number was unreachable/ not exist. Alternatively i tried through mail for ([protected]@whaaky.com) but they are not responding yet.

Please help me to receive my product or help me to get back the amount.

As I have ordered shoe from Whaaky.com order no-S[protected]Rs.999 paid via debitcard) dated 10.10.2014.Till date i have not received the product also am contacting them through mail and phone to know the status but there is no response.I want my money back.
