Hi, sir
I have place two order on cod both i have receive status is below
Order no. Payment mode total value ordered date order status
S[protected] cod rs.849.[protected]:16:32 confirmed
S[protected] cod rs.1199.[protected]:20:04 confirmed

But the quality is worst for which i have initiate for refund and i have sent one shipment (S[protected] back via dtdc, but still to get refund back and even don't know which way they will refund.
Also for the other shipment i am not getting any response from whaaky and they are also not receiving ph calls... Whaaky are cheating customer by showing the image of good quality and sending worst quality material with different from the image.
Plz help me to get my money back...

Still to get refund I have receive two mail on 13/05/2016 and 15/05/2016 describing for the refund and had asked for my account no details for the refund of only one order which I have sent via DTDC courier for Rs.300 charged, and no status for this order ID S801338653...Also I have receive one phone call from 08882386615 telling to be whaaky customer care and has asked for my card no to refund the amount but so far I haven't receive any refund... Kindly solve my issue and also plz help to get the refund back for both the order no ..
