Whaaky.com — Replacement not received

my order no. is 80843764
i have ordered 3 sports shorts by whaaky.com & date of purchase is 31 may 2015 & i received it on 10 june 2015. I demanded for the replacement of item because the size is small so after sending the photos they confirmed my replacement on 29 june, so i send my item to the address given in the mail & then they stop replying. After so many days of trying on thee customer care no. they picked up the phone, so i told them about my problem so they send me a mail that they received my self shipment & they are dispatching my reshipment this friday(17 july 2015), but now they are again not responding. It has been 4 more days that they are not responding to my mails.
