I have received mail from you for confirmation of my complain on 15-05-14, that you can see in your sent mail box, cop-y of it is attached herewith. following are few informations regarding our communication with date. 09-04-14 my registration 09-04-14 order confirmation, in that mail you have mentioned that i will receive my order within 7-10 working days( You had delivered on 12- 05-14, 33days) 17-04-14 i received your mail for pending dispatch in that you have informed me that you will receive order within 4 working days, if delayed you will recived surprise gift along with order (Instead as a gift i received worst quality product which i ordered) 08-05-14 I received your mail about shipping of order and informed that you will received order latest by[protected] i received on[protected] 12-05-14 I received your product. 15-05-14 I received your mail as a confirmation of my complain.(within 3 days) then afterward i have reminded about my complain from 29th may 14 at least 4 times till date.Today i received your answer which is not justifying at all.this not a question of 1000 rs. but of your prestige.
