I had odered the earphone combo having order no S[protected]
However upon receiving the same I was amazed to see that one of the earphone black in ear were in a loose packing and was damaged and not working. also they promised that it was a combo of 3 sony earphones whereas only one earphone was sony and other two were local china made .

Their customer care most of the time dont pick the phones.
I sent a mail and was informed to courier the faulty product back.
Ideally they should give a replacement at my doorsteps . why should we be paying for a logistics .
Pathetic customer grievance / support division as they dont even pick the calls.


So do not get lured by the deals they offer ..
