I have received the mail form "sony Trust [protected]@wayzsms.biz" on 17/5/2016 and it's promoting the Sony make Power bank-25000 mAh at unit price INR 599/-

As i understood it's a good product and I am a site person so I am looking such sort of product to charge my smart phone, so I clicked the shop now button.
After pressing Buy now it's asking to sign in or use as Guest user.I clicked on "Proceed as Guest" now it's asking to enter the e mail address so I punched my official e mail address i.e. "[protected]@vighnaharta.in" and press the Submit button.

Now it's asked me to fill the shipping address and other details.I filled the details and press Continue.

Now it's asked for Payment Mode.I found that if you opt the cash on Delivery it took INR 175/- as cash handling charges.So i refuse to pay INR 175 and choose Net banking payment option.
I am having my salary account in HDFC bank and paid the INR 599 as Unit price for the mentioned product via Net banking.I Received the text message from HDFC that Transaction is successful and INR 599 get debited from my account.
On Whaaky .com site it's showing the Order no: S[protected] and saying that the product will be dispatched with in 7-10 working days.I took the snap of the same which I am going to attach with this complaint.
When i checked my e mail address which i mentioned at the time of purchasing, I found I didn't received any mail from the concern site.

I hold my passions to receive the mail for 2 days and when i found that their is no any communication I decided to make a call to mentioned contact no on the "whaaky.com" site.I dialed the no continuously and found no one is answering. Contact detail:[protected], no one is replying ont his no.

Finally I realized that i have been rouged form the Whaaky.com
I request you to please give me the justice either to get the Power bank or to receive INR599/-
I also make humble request that please do legal action on the Whaaky.com so that no other person became victim
