Please replace immediately with sony power bank. The main problem is that they are not responding to call nor mails. This is the worst site i had ever seen. I am trying to contact them since 26th april but could not able to connect to the customer care which is causing irritation. Why the exact vendor is not responding and fraud calls are received in the name of vendor for solving the issue.
