Whaaky.com — Whaaky.com has not sent prepaid delivery of shirts and no information regarding it... | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have made a prepaid order (net banking payment mode) for a pack of 5 casual shirts for which I have paid INR 1099 online at whaaky.com online shopping site. I have placed this order on[protected] after which they have sent an order confirmation email where they have mentioned that the estimated dispatch date is 7-10 days. After waiting till this duration when I track my status they have not updated any.There is no information following the same. Also upon calling them on their customer care number nobody is picking up the phone from last 3-4 days and only the bell rings. Then I have send an email to their support staff, but no reply till date. I request you to please look into this and please guide accordingly.
