[Resolved]  Whirlpool — Door shelf broken

Dear Sir, I have purchased one whirlpool refrigerator dabble door 340 Ltr from reliance digital store Kolar road Bhopal dated on 05/08/2015 and it was delivered on 07/08/2015 after that engineer came for demo on 08/08/2015 and he has done his work then as per his instruction we have open the refrigerator after 2 hours for storing some things in that time we have found one door shelf has been broken in side immediately i have informed to reliance digital store to Mr. Piyush he called to the engineer for inspection, he came after 1 hours and found this is true and informed his higher authority they told me it will replace within 4 to 5 days without any charge. but today Mr. Piyush reliance digital store manger, engineer and his authority is denying for replacement of this part, they are demanding for charge for replacement.
