My Washing Machine was causing some click noise every time during the wheel rotation. I called the customer care, the service man came and told that 3 parts are faulty including gear box. The total cost of repair came as 10700/-. They took the full amount as they had to bring parts and then did not come to repair for 8 days. We kept calling everyday and they used to say that mechanic is 1 km away, he will reach in 30 mins but...

Hi, i purchased a refrigerator 2 months back, it’s not working properly as sometimes it cools up the things kept in the refrigerator and sometimes not. I am not geeting any reply either from customer care nor from engineer towards part replacement. I have logged the complaint 3 times.
