I purchased the machine of 7.2 boom wash 360 top load on 10/01/16.
From last one year there is a problem with machine showing ss1 error during rinse cycle. Several times mechanic visited and changed motor, motor belt, sensor cable two times. Still problem is there.

We purchased whirlpool - white magic (6.5 kg) washing machine on jan 2016 - model number - 31092. Its not even 2 years and we are still under warranty and we have been calling customer care almost every 2 months.

And we have registered for free installation and demo wide customer registetation id co[protected] dated 3/9/17. We even called them several times but they only said that they'll reach within 24 hrs but they've not reached yet. And this is very disappointing to find that the customer care services are too irresponsible....
