[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Complain no.NP[protected] of July yet not resolved

My 2ton split a/c of whirlpool is not working since June. I have made two complains regarding this one on 9th June and subsequent on 10th July(complain no. NP[protected] and NP[protected] resp) . Shri ram referigeration who is the service provider had once replaced the compressor under warranty but with a faulty one. In spite of my repeated calls and reminder to whirlpool customer care as well as to Shri ram referigeration the faulty compressor is yet to replaced with a new one.
