[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Complaint regarding not got Micro Block Tray with new refrigerator

Whirlpool Refrigerator but
After delivery from Raj Distributor, I found there is Not MICRO BLock Tray with refrigerator... (Inside) as specified by company

Seller refused to give, stated that it is not available.
What can i do now... Shall i file complaint in consumers court against Whirlpool company or against Seller.
How can i get it
