Whirlpool India — Drainage problem

I hve complained 3 times in whirlpool. They are not bother to resolve my problem. Water comes out from inside the refrigerator... Instead of going water in drain container its comes out from inside the refrigerator. I will sue wirlpool if my problem is not resolved.
