Whirlpool India — Faulty Refrigerator not attended for complaint

CONSTANT PROBLEMS IN Ice Magic Steel Refrigerator F26 Dlx - WHIRLPOOL /REFRIGERATOR-250L

I bought a whirlpool icemagic refrigerator from Madhuvihar Dwarka dealer. no. INA[protected]A00205901B047. From the time it is with us Cooling the main functioning is troubling and every year whirlpool charge for gas filling.
This year too at the start of summer due to less cooling complaint number 80333 dated 01-05-14 registered and company charge service charges and gas filling. within 20 days now cooling completly stopped. complaint number 5517 dt 8.7.14, [protected] and number of complaints refers. one man attandes and pass that next day gas filling person will come. he fills gas and ask again to lodge fresh complaint. 30 days cycle needs second visit charges and from lss cooling now it shows no cooling. mere box.
now the mechanics have started experimenting with the fridge still yielding no results. so i want a replacement of my fridge as i m being harassed for no fault of mine and the defective product was passed onto me.i plan to move consumer court regarding this...
please guys out here, help me, guide me how to go about and seek redressal regarding this
