Hello, Highly unsatisfactory disappointing customer servive from whirpool care (Patna, Bihar).First time I had lodged a complaint(PT [protected], 6 april 2015) due to issues in the fridge cooling(Double door).The technician visited our home on 10th April 2015 and replaced compressor(charged 2700 rupees).After0 2 days same probmlem faced fridged not cooling again.Again I had lodged a complaint(PT [protected], 23 April 2015).Last 4 days your customer senior Excutive Mr.Taran deep singh promise and commit every days technician sharma will visit your home and will check ur issue.but technician sharma no any call on my no and not visit till day.Your senoir excutive badly behave with me.mentaly harsh your technician and your whirpool team.The worst coustomer services if wanted please contact whirpool.Plz solve my issue as soon as possible.
