I have a problem with my washing machine and the authorised service centre guy refuses to pick calls or repair the washing machine I think whirlpool only wants to sell their products and don't give any service as they want us to buy their new products again and again the name of the service center is located in chikmagalur named freeze fast most of the people have complaints with him and have complained to whirlpool about him please I request whirlpool to take some action as it is very important for a company not just to sell products but also provide service Was this information helpful? | |||||

The service center guy doesn't even care why I asked the technician who visited me he said that the owner told him to ignore me and just look into other complaints the owner is a very rude and unfriendly person and is tarnishing the image of a company like whirlpool
