Whirlpool India — it has been 50 days since my washing machine is out of order

my fully automatic washing machine is out of order because of E1 faults. i registered the complain for the same on 12/06/2014 vide complain number IN[protected] but the same was closed without attending the fault.again on 08/07/2014 same fault was registered vide complain number: IN[protected] but still no response. is the Whirlpool customer care services is completely eyewash which is still unresponsive even after 50 days.i had mentioned the same on this forum but to our dismay they are unmoved and are blatantly ignoring it. please suggest what to do next
