[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Pathetic service | |
i had complaint(GW[protected] of my refrigerator on 18th May but no action take place till afternoon of 19th May .Then i re-complain on 19th May after that technician visited to my place and told me that we need to replace the compressor which is under warranty.I asked him how many days it will take then he called his manager Manager (Mr. Kamlakar)and asked me to talked to him.When i talked to Mr. Kamalakar, he told me that it will take 3 to 4 days then i told him how we will survive in summer without refrigerator but he was very ill mannered and don't know how to talk to the customer it looks like that i did a big mistake of my life to buy whirlpool products.
I also purchase the washing machine of whirlpool and faced the same problem.They changed the PCB on June 2014 and again PCB is not working and technician asked me to change the PCB which will cost me Rs 2800.When i asked the warranty of PCB, he denied and told me Whirlpool doesn't give any warranty on PCB.
After looking to all these matter and customer support, i think now i to have suggest all my colleague not to purchase any whirlpool product for home appliances because service is pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |
