[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Poor response for AC | |||
My ac sensor was just replaced Jan 2015, /again it has failed by October 2015, for which I made a service request, to which the serviceman came only in December 2015 and has taken the sensor, remote and promised to call in a day or two, but still now hasn't. I have made repeated calls, but with not good response and the status of my complaint is still a mystery. It's a pity that a well-renowned company such as yours has very poor customer rapport.
