I am perches a whirlpool double door refrigerator Model no.14368 235 clx mms 3s rupees 19000 On 12/11/2016 last month this fridge not worked cooling then i first comlaint to dealer for service fridge cooling issue he has again to foreword whirlpool complaint then whirlpool company provide me a complaint no. Threw sms 24 april 2016 with a complaint no. Dl[protected] and visit a service engineer to day ago this engineer has solve cooling issue to breck a thermostat inside and Conform me to next 2 day i replace thermostat then 4 day again whirlpool company engineer replace breck a thermostat or suggest to run this refrigerator on 4 to 5 hour and go back i am checking cooling before 4 hour Fridge not worked cooling then i call to this whirlpool company engineer Not worked fridge cooling then whirlpool company engineer to advise me this fridge go back whirlpool company authorized service center for repairing and call to service center for loading a rickshaw then next 4 day Latter a call to me for loading to this fridge rickshaw man sand me a sleep To service center then conform me to service center 4 day ago for fridge Then i am call 4 day again service center contact person to status this fridge Ervice center contact person spoke to me this fridge are not solved problem and foreword but he has conform me to replace this fridge After 10 days i am register a online complaint whirlpool company but not giving replace date to me yesterday i call a whirlpool company costumer care toll free no [protected] the costumer care executive to spoke me Yore replacement is under poses the request the final date to me he is spoke on 30 day? Why i not giving money to this refrigerator at 19, 000 This is customer harassed service this summer time my food destroy back To last month this lost my money at least 500 rs per day What happen i am costumer to sanding 19, 000 money for losing bad company behave Was this information helpful? | |||||

I can understand as we are facing the same problem. the company is so bad they are least interested to deal any complaint.
I am having Whirlpool India — Refrigerator, it gives more problems and not working. We approached service centre Tiruchy with much hurdles they attended. The service personnel is not competent to attend the service, the same was also conveyed thro Toll free number. We paid nearly rs 5000 for repairing and servicing still it is not satisfactory. When we asking for auto cut-off, they told these are all marketing stagy and working physically. Till today 25.06.16 we lodged complaint there is no response. spmbasheer mob:[protected]
