Sir/Madam. I have a clarification as to safety of Whirlpool 360 degrees from rat bite and its coverage under warranty. I am hereby forwarding you the images of the sheet placed at the bottom of Washing machine. I dont understand the purpose of placing that sheet. It is of no use and in no way it avoids the entry of pests like rats.We would anyway safeguard the machine by placing a mesh at the bottom. The purpose of this mail is to request you to view the image and consider the damages caused to our Washing machine and its repair under warranty. If not it would be a great injustice on us as we have to spend Rs. 6000 even during warranty period for repairs of damages caused due to non-safety in the Washing machine.
