Please refer to my previous emails on grievance regarding repeated issues with my whirlpool washing machine.
I has already brought to your kind notice that, i am facing repeated issues and have file four complains in a row

Even after whirlpool care manger intervention, i am continuing to face the same issue.
Please take a note of the complain i have booked after care manager intervention.

By seeing the history of repeated 6 problems in 4 months i am forced to believe that whirlpool has deliver a faulty product to me.
I am feeling being cheated by your company.
I request you to please escalate this issue and provide me a replacement machine.
I have lost all hopes on your service engineers capability to fix the issue permanently.
