[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — service and warranty

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased whirlpool Split Type Room Air Conditioner 1.5 T(Elegance Series) (Dealer name: SPORT -N- SPORTY)(AHMEDABAD-GUJARAT) on the date 31/5/2011 the document of warranty shows warranty of 5 years, it will expire on 31/5/2016 that means still our Air Conditioner's warranty period is not expired. I called (on 8/5/2015) to customer care of whirlpool (Number: -std code[protected] because I had complaint regarding my Air Conditioner as it was not working properly the customer care executive told me that your warranty period has expired. Then I went to the shop (Dealer name: SPORT -N- SPORTY)(10/5/2015) from where I purchased Air Conditioner the authority there called (on 10/5/2015) to customer care of whirlpool and told me that the technician will come within 2-3 days.They told me warranty period will expire on 31/5/2016. The technician has not come till today (13/5/2015) Now, how many days I have to wait for the technician and suffer. I have never expected such a poor customer care and Service from a reputed company like whirlpool. Call Recordings(Telephonic discussion with customer care of whirlpool) are also available with me.
