Sir/Madam
I am user of whirlpool refrigerator which was purchased on 19 july 2013; from lotus Sapna sangeeta road Indore. Within a year so many problems occured. Now after warrenty period over again same problem we are facing. Every time your service centre is not supporting us properly. Again and again they are lieing. And now they are ignoring us. After registering complain no service engineer had come. And i want replacement because how many times we will suffer problems. At the time of purchasing we trust on whirlpool. Now what results are coming. Lotus is selfish showroom.Your service provider is saying -"Aisa humko bolna padta hai"and " humko nahi karni help".Please do me some favour otherwise i have to take some action against on same.Thank you Was this information helpful? | |
