Whirlpool India — Split air conditioner

Bought 12 split ac, 1.5 tons each
6 of whirlpool and 6 of koryo
whirlpool ac not used for 100 hours in 2 years
I have a bill of 12000 for repairs, saying I need to change the cooling condensing unit and gas charge
the tecnician informed since I have bought with aluminum cooling coil it has got damged and need to replace with copper one
I want to understand how without out using the ac the allumunim coil has given up
it is ridiculous, and cheap material
I was of the impression that in Usa whirlpool has a good brand image, sorry not with my experience
kindly depute senior technician to the evaluation, before I decide the next of action to be taken for selling product with a self life of one hours in two years
