Whirlpool India — Unable to get ic ein the upper box

Model no. 20343 sl no. INA[protected] whirlpool sir/madam, I bought this refrigerator of your company for the first time and got this type of problem. Early we have LG which lets as for the best review. But because of the good design I decided to go for the whirlpool on 23 july 2015 but it has problem with the ice so please i request you to let as good review in the future.
