[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Washing machine not working

I had purchased whilpool washing machine serial no: INB[protected];MODEL NO:31079;PURCHASE DATE: 28 DECEMBER 2014 I had lodged a complaint against whirlpool washing machine Complaint No :MB[protected]; MB[protected];MB[protected]. This was addressed by Mr. Dawkhare and said that gear box defects needs to be replaced. We also contacted Kiran electronics dealer in thane west, shivaji path from whom machine was purchased and he assured to replace the drum and gear box within 2 days but all in vain. NO RESPONSE. Please do address this issue and replace the machine ASAP else we need to drag this issue in consumer court
