Whirlpool India — Washing machine not working properly

We had purchased whirlpool top loading fully automatic washing machine (WHITEMAGIC PRO 700 H) around 4 years back for around RS.19000 from RAJAT Electronics, chakrata road Dehradun. After around 2 years o[censored]se PCB stops working and after so many calls to customer care they agree to replace it for around 3000 Rs. The response from the customer care and the service agency was pathetic. Again after around 1 year o[censored]se machine becomes unstable and unbearable sounds comes during use, after contacting to the customer care, one boy came and said it will remain noisy and call us only when it stops working. So few days back it stops working, after calling so many times to customer care they send the service boy on 25 july 2015 and he said that it will be repaired on service center. On 26 july 2015 machine was sent to service center in completely good physical condition. On 29 july we received the machine after paying Rs 4070.But the machine we received was damaged from bottom and sideways.2 roller wheels were broken when we received the machine also while using the machine there was a leakage from bottom. Again we complained for the problem we face while using the machine but after making so many calls service center response was so poor. After making so many requests they agree to send the service boy.Today service boy came and was asking what is the problem in the machine. I am unable to understand that being such a big organization Whirlpool is unable to heir good technical assistant at their customer care. It seems it’s better to get the repair work by a roadside shop rather calling to your technical assistant. Why they are not instructed properly for repairing, or they are kept only for attending the problem rather than its resolution. Now after checking the machine they told that machine is alright even after there was leakage and broken wheel. A new washing machine can be purchased for the amount what I have paid for repairing. I am not expecting such a experience from your side. Kindly help me to get a replacement of the washing machine as I’m facing this problem since last 2 years and I have paid a lot of money to the company for its repairs.
