Whirlpool India — Water leakage problem for the last 2 years not solved yet

Dear Sir, My Name is Vikas & we have an 1 Ton Window AC which have been having water leakage problem for the last 2 years. Everytime we complaint to the customer care, Your service engineer to do general service & says that from today we will not have any water leakage problem. We have been complaining about this to the Whirlpool H., O also to take action on the service engineers. But nothing seems to happen. Moreover, we were allotted an Customer satisfaction code to provide to the customer care after the service is done. But we find that the complaining is closed without the issue is solved. Also, we find that the service engineer not attending the call once service is done. Disgusting is the way you people are misleading the customer & by this you are losing out on the customers faith in Whirlpool electronics. Two years & repeated failure of your service team to identify & solve the water leakage issue. It is high time & now if we dont get any solution to this issue, we are going to lodge a complaint against Whirlpool in the National Consumer Court for deficiency in service for which we will make sure that you are penalised.
