Dear sir, my whirlpool 3d cooler ac installed on 21 November 2015 but cooling Not working I gave compliant on 25 Nov 2015. But still now my problem not rectified at the time of installation I paid Rs.5000 without bill. I complained customer care for more than 10 times but my problem could not solved. I called 10 days before from customer care one the staff replied my question and he said to me you complained to where you are purchase the air con. Am very shocked than why customer care are running, I request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible and also I here with attach my complained no for your reference.
