[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Whirlpool India-selling the defective items | |||
I bought whirlpool induction cook top in January 2015, after two months it stopped working.I raised a complaint about that service, it was repaired but was not working. Again I complained about the product, this time the person took the induction cook top with him for the service .For two weeks they did not respond after calling again and again they said that it cannot be repaired .Then I raised the complained to replace it . After several conversation finally the induction cook top was replaced but unfortunately the new one worked only for an hour and then stopped working. Since then i've complained around ten times but they are not responding. Its been 45 days and i'm still waiting for the response, but no one even care to resolve the problem. Why to sell the defective product and fool their customer. PLEASE NEVER BUY WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT. Was this information helpful? | |||
