[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Whirlpool is not giving service though my Washing machine is in warranty.

I have purchased Whirlpool topload 7.0 kg AGITRONIC 702SD WITH SR. NO. INF[protected] from Croma (Infiniti Retail Limited), Surat on[protected]Invoice No. SAF02A[protected] Time:[protected]:08PM) (Delivery:[protected] Date/Time: 5:00 PM 9:00 PM) so my warranty was started at[protected]. I have complained around 5-6 times in past 20 days. And now they are saying that croma had done mistake about date. I had bought 1 X Whirlpool washing machine, 1 X Extended warranty of washing machine (From Croma), 1 X Hitachi Refrigerator, 1 X Samsung Travel Adaptor on[protected]. And now they are saying date of purchase is wrong!!! What!!! I am suffering from past 15-20 days as my washing machine is not working and i can't call any local service man as my washing machine is in warranty.

They have solved my complaint by upadating their server's purchase date and thay had accepted that it was thier mistake!
