[Resolved]  Whirlpool — manufacturing defect in washing machine

I have got fully automatic top loading 8 kg washing machine by model name 360. The rat mesh is such that it can be easily eaten by rodents such as domestic rat. Any damage done by rat is not covered by company under AMC or standard warranty. This is really foolish. The company should bear all expenses in case of such grievance. The Magic technologies which undertakes the work of AMC does not give consumer the original bill for any bill raised during AMC period.
