Sir, I have ordered a Titan 5 Mobile on 27-11-15 and got the mobile on 29-11-15. Upon receive I noticed the Google play is getting crashed when I type a letter on search. I have paid INR 14999.00 to purchase a Wammy Titan 5 Mobile. Contacted Wickedleak, they send a mail to send the mobile back to Mumbai. The wicked leak website says 7 days money back guarantee and free door pick but it was not followed. When I contact them since I got the defective mobile asked for refund they said same mobile will be repaired and send to me. I sent the mobile on my own cost of INR 550.00 Later I asked for a replacement, they refused. Spending so much money and wait for so long I got frustrated. What they promise in their advertisement or in their web site is not followed and cheating. This type of company should be banned in selling of mobiles. I here by request to solve this issue and arrange for refund.I am ready to send back the mobile back to wickedleak if they agree for refund. Thanks Antony Was this information helpful? | |||||

1-When i called X and the call is attended by X and that is in process.But when i tried the same X call is going even though the old call is in process.

Making it a point, Problem is not solved, using the same defective device and facing another problem.
soon after i got the device delivered to me, i tried to use certain features in my mobile but application got crashed. When i informed them they told, it is normal for all mobiles. i was not happy with their answer and i asked for refund, but they told me that, they wont arrange for refund instead they asked me to send the device to their address.
(Before booking the mobile they said, door step pick up, door step service, but they didn't even arrange for reverse pick up.)
Now they have send the same defective device to me, and i am facing another problem now.
I am really fed up with their service and product.
I want my money back. Kindly do the needful
