It's been 23 days that i ordered wammy titan5 flipcover and original HD srcreen protector (order ref. TVMJIJMVE), a bunch of liars at the customer service give repeated damn excuses...wrong information regarding shipment...failure to provide tracking number...i'm fed up and sick of all these...i have personally decided to make complaints against the company to the Consumers' Right office, India. it is very much clearly stated in the Regulation Act, 2013. they have completely breached the norms of the company and fooling people around!!! the problem is i still haven't got my package. yet another package (ref no. TKATONDUW) has been shipped to guwahati when my delivery address is sikkim.
