[Resolved] Wildcraft — Warranty Card not provided on purchase of rucksack

Purchased from Salt Lake City Center a Karakoram rucksack worth 9090 Rs on 28.06.2015 . Till date they have not given me my warranty card and making excuses of will be sending the same over months. They even said request had been sent to Bangalore office, yet not received the same even though I requested it several times to the Kolkata store in charge. They even took down my mail ID and gave excuses of they had sent it but actually they have not yet done the same. Request your assistance in sorting out this matter.
