This is a concern than I wish to share in regards to the Dalvey card Case that I purchased from William Penn outlet located at Infinitti 2, Malad (W), Mumbai, India.
I am highly displeased and regret of buying this said product. What I expected and was promised by your representatives at the store o[censored]tmost quality standards. However this is not what I got for paying a premium for a so called quality product in return.
This card holder was meant to be of pure steel and scratch resistant. However, of all kind of care taken which is the case even with all my other stuffs, I found scratches constantly building up on it. The most astonishing part goes is that scratches have fallen on it from cloth as I keep in only on my shirt breast pocket with no other stuff along.
I connected with the retail outlet to complaint about the matter and got no respite from them. They have even fallen back on their convincing part of me buying the product and refused to do anything. This is the most rubbish customer service experience that I have ever faced with a product which calls itself a brand.
