Last month from your WIN TELESHOPPING from Delhi one of the person call me from this No. [protected] and inform to me you have win your Mobile No. the worth of 18500 rs Mobile and also free gift along with this mobile as 2 gold coin also. instead of that you want to pay Rs. 3000/- for that. so please tell your address and Mobile No. i informed then after 10 days i got one of the parcel from the postal dept. from this no. [protected] one person ask and said your parcel is wrongly went to Edayar pakkam post office instead of thirupachur post office. please go and collect it. then afte he informed me more than 3 days itreached the parcel from the thirupachur post office on 6.5.15 but i put signed and rec'd on 7.5.15. and also pay amt rs. 3000/-. by through VPP. the Parcell Booking No is CD[protected]IN in the parcell my name is printed as wrongly as CHANDER SHEKAR, D NO 189 BRAMIN STREET TIRUVALLUR TK DISTT - TIRUVALLUR PO - TIRUPACHI PIN CODE - 631203 STATE - TAMIL NADU PHONE - [protected]. instead of B.CHANDRASEKAR, 189- Brahmin Street, New Thirupachur & Po., Thiruvallur Tk. & Dt. 631203. Ph: [protected]. in the parcell from address is: WIN TELESHOPING, H-18, JJ COLONY SHAKURPUR DDA MARKET DELHI - 110034. Contact No. [protected] like irt printed. Then i went to home and open the parcell i shocked in that parcell only that 2 gold coin along with LAKSHMI YANTHRA one set of pack inside the parcell instead of that mobile at worth Rs. 18500/-. from 7.5.15 on words i cal in this No. [protected] and complaint about the fault. He is not take my problem. from 7.5.2015 to 19.5.2015 daily i talk with in this [protected] he is not response. if he reply please wait sir i will call back with in few mins. with in 10 mins. like that but he didnt reply me or call back me. but today 20.05.2015 from 10.55 onwards still 4.05 pm onwards more than 52 times i call him but the no. is not attend the call. its fully ring but they didnt attend the call. He is cheated me. I call him more that 20 to 25 times and talk with him. and also I message him more than 10 times. about the fault. i want to clear the problem immediately. otherwise you return back my money.Not only that from 8.05.2015 onwards i also try to talk the another No. [protected] also it printed in the parcell from address. but the No is switched off. untill the last day of 20.05.2015. If the problem is not rectified please dont mistake me sorry to say it next step and next report is i will go to CONSUMER COURT. before that i have all the proof is clearly. 1.
