Windshield Experts — Cheat, harassment & non-response from Windshield Experts

Hello Sir, This is regarding a complaint for cheat, harassment & non-response from Windshield Experts company. I got replaced my Maruti Swift front windshield on 09/02/2014 from your Windshield Experts center Vasant Vihar. I have paid Rs. 1, 800 in cash and remaining amount they claimed from my vehicle Insurance provider IFFCO-Tokio. Complaint detail and facts - 1. They replaced the windshield in my absence as they said that it will take 4-5 hours to get approval from insurance company and replacement of windshield. So they asked me to go home and come back after 4-5 hours. 2. When I came back after 4-5 hours, I saw that they have already replaced the windshield but when I checked my vehicle I raised my concern with service engineer that they have broke a plastic panel on which they fit windshield and I also raised my concern about the alignment of that panel but they said that it will be all right within 2-3 days will automatically get settled. Now' just after 3 days on 13/02/2015 evening, I noticed a crack on middle of windshield which was very shocking for me, I called up their Vasant Vihar center and complaint about this. They asked me not to come today and bring the vehicle on but Monday, 16/02/2015. But I went there on Sunday 15/02/2015 I and lodged my complaint and asked them to provide replacement of the same. They took some photographs of cracks on windshield said that they will forward these photographs and complaint to their Head Office and will provide best resolution to my complaint. However, after lodging complaint on 15/02/2015 they did not provide any response in their own. I had to call everyday 3-4 times. Whenever I call their Vasant Vihar center they always reply to me that customer care office will respond to your query and when I call their customer care no.[protected] they just reply that they are working on it and will get back very soon. Now today, 24/02/2015 when I called again to their customer care their quality team manager responded to my complaint by giving some technical reasons and refused to provide replacement of the windshield. It is really frustrating to hear such a negative response after doing a long follow up for around 10 days. I am feeling cheated by their unprofessional behavior and response to the consumer.
