[Resolved]  Wipro — Poor Quality of 36 WATTS CFL bulb

Dear Sir, I purchased a Wipro Smartlite CFL bulb of 36 WATTS on 16/09/2014 from Harmony Electrical, Electronics and Repairs Shop, Nehru Nagar (East) Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. The Product has a one year warranty. The cost of this product was Rs430. Within 5 minutes after fitting the bulb in the socket, the bulb fused. I went to shop keeper and asked him to replace the bulb but to my surprise he said he will not replace the bulb because there is thin line of crack in the bulb. I told him that it is not my fault again and again and requested him to replace it. He then said the company will not accept the bulb. I lost my money and my trust on Wipro products. I appeal to Wipro officials don't fool your customers like this and improve your quality standards so that this should not happen with any other customer again.
