Wipro Technologies — Overdue charges for an unused credit card

Dear sir,

Plz look into the matter regarding to unused credit card.
I never used the credit card sent by bank but still i am getting the massages in my phone regarding to overdue charges,
I am surprised how can you calculate overdue charges on a card which was never used.
When i contacted the customer care a year ago they told me that card will not be activated unless i use it.
I never got any printed copy of the credit card statement.
Please resolve this issue asap.
