Woodland is not picking up costumer care call and not responding to costumer care email...this is the poorest service...and they are denying the fact that they allow easy returns....

I ordered shoes from Woodland site @woodlandworldwide.com and now as I have to return the item they are not picking up my calls and there are no responses on their costumer care email.
The website hence is totally fraud.
And very poor costumer service...

This is my order Order ID: OR-2475559 and its been more than 10 days the product was picked up and no further updates on this.

I keep calling to the customer care and almost waiting for close to 30 min for 3 -4 days and none attended my calls.

I have ordered a pair of shoes from woodlandworldwide.com, the product got delivered but the product is oversized for me and i want to return the product. Inorder to return the product the website should show the return option, but still the status is shipped so that there is no option for return.
There is 48 hour return policy for it. It costed me 2900 INR. Please help me to return and refund the product....

I purchased a ladies sports shoes for my daughter on 15.06.2022 for rupees 3897.00 from Woodland Shop at Vellayambalam Trivandrum. The next day it's loop holes teared. The shop authority replaced one with in few days. The replaced shoe have the same issue. I didn't took the purchased and replaced shoe from the shop.
