I had ordered a pair of shoes() with Woodland (www.woodlandworldwide.com) and got the delivery by September 1, bill amount Rs. 2517 paid on delivery. Order Id : OR-3106056

The product that was delivered is dirty and is a pre-used one.
There are lot of wear and tear on the shoes. The leather parts of the shoe contain a lot of dirt and the midsole areas contain traces of washing soap. The product feels so cheap.

There is no status change in that so tried calling customer care where no one answered I kept waiting. Mailed to mail id in the website where my mail didn't go through as well says wrong address.
