Only formal shoes costing Rs 6000/- they gave me from woodland store on 25th march which open toe it got damaged in just 3 months help me return new shoes....

I noticed significant damage to the stitches on the shoe's upper after few days. I went to the same store for replacement but I am informed that original invoice is mandatory which I do not have.

I buy a sneaker past 7 months it's colour disappear just in three months . I want to replace it and in return send me the new one of the same pair....

I had purchased T Shirt (article no. MPT 126, Size - XXL and Colour - Red ) from Woodland outlet of JM Road, Deccan, Pune.

But after wash i found that said cloth is loosing colour. Hence I had approached the outlet with the said product and they forwarded the T Shirt to their reporting authority.

But yesterday the shop manager informed me that Woodland management is not ready to replace the piece, though it is...

I have ordered a pair of sneakers from woodland on 10th of july and it was a prepaid order of 2496/- rupees. I waited for a whole week and there was no update regarding it, so I cancelled it and there was no refund given to me. I want my refund and also updates for my new order....

I had chosen one pair of heel sandal from woodland site on 17/06/2023. Order id or-3051982. They delivered wrong size of footwear. And for that a reverse pick-up request were sought with awb[protected] and they already received the item on 10/7/2023.
But till now they did not return my amount....

There is still no update regarding the order.
There is no way to track the order in any way.

I order woodland olive green trekking shoes from woodland official website with order-id
OR-3068132. The order was placed on[protected]. The order is not recieved yet also no expected delivery dates were given. I want to track my order and details of delivery....

Made online purchase for a shoe of july 13th. The money got deducted whoever no order id got generated. received email for the amount deducted. Called woodland tool free twice, waited for 45 mins/30 mins respectively no one received the call. wrote to woodland customer care email. No one is replying to it too.
Either they ship the product else they refund the full amount;...

Today I called again, in 2 hours, one of the agent picked up, he said my product is returned. I have not got an I explained him the situation, he( Rajeev Kumar, he mentioned) said I cannot do anything and cut the phone.

I have placed order of buying shoes with order ID OR-3064073 on 01.07.2023 however still the order is not yet delivered. I have already made payment while placing the order. No one is answering call in customer care number and not answering to mails....

I booked olive green sneakers 44 size and made payment of Rs.3987/-. There is no information of order number. Payment is processed and reached the Woodlands. The transaction I’d is T2306252143180863319224

Made several calls to the customer care. Sent number of mails. NO RESPONSE.
