[Resolved] Woodland — Defective item | |||
Hi, I purchased a pair of woodland shoes from DLF Saket's outlet for Woodland on the 19th of July 2014. The Lycra on the same started to come off within a month due to which I returned it for repairs at the V3S mall, outlet for Woodland at its Laxminaagar location. I returned the product somewhere in the middle of August. A representative from the Laxminagar outlet calls me after 3 weeks and tells me that I would have to purchase another product of the same value on which I would have to pay additional VAT refusing which I would neither get the cash amount nor would I get the shoes back. Moreover, they informed me that I won't be able to escalate this matter to any other outlet either. This 'offer' also came with a deadline. I was asked to make this decision by the end of September itself failing which my issue would be deemed settled. Now, I want that either the defective product is returned to me, or that I am refunded in full. I have already talked to a lot of people regarding the hardships I have faced which has only resulted in the brand image of such an established company to go down. Please look into this as soon as possible so that this money which is now stuck can get back to me. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
