[Resolved]  Woodland — Defective jacket and missing tag

I was aspiring to purchase a jacket from woodland, I tried a size and found it somewhat loose, than I purchased a smaller size. I purchased three products and checked off the showroom. At home I noticed a pen mark on the product and its tag missing. I went to return the product and the showroom rejected to change it saying its tag is missing. This is quite horrifying since the tag was missing beforehand.Please respond accordingly.
