[Resolved]  Woodland — Need your extanded support

I want to notify that, i have purchased the formal shoe on 20 July 2014 at 1720 INR.I enter into the woodland showroom( Pheonix mall, velachery) @ 9:30PM. I selected 2 pairs in which I select one and i didn't took the complete trail also, coz the shop is about to close, but the attendant said sir you purchase it, we can replace it afterward.With this surety i purchased my pair. Next day while going somewhere i wear the shoe with shocks, i realize that i cant even walk a single step, the shoe was biting me from all around and with just few steps of trail i got my skin red.With this damn issue i got irritated and my day starts with a upset mood. I reported this issue on next week i.e[protected] to the person who did the billing, i requested him to give me the replacement but without listening he said no to me, he said i cant.After some time he said we can repair it as per your foots and assured for comfort and delivery(within a week) as well. i took his commitment and left the place. Few weeks gone(around 2 weeks), one day i saw the piece of paper lying on the floor, i took the paper and got reminded that i have purchased this shoe and the woodland person committed to deliver this within a week, and i have not received till date. Soon i dial the no and enquired the status on 8 august somewhere, he said sir soon it will get ready in a week. Than again i call on 18 august, he repeated the almost same thing and one day i was fully prepared and furious and made a 3rd call, i asked you have to deliver the shoes within one week but almost a month is over, he replied that i have not said that i will deliver, with this comment i got irritated and shouted on him and we had few conversation in which he was rudely talking to me and without any conclusion he cut the phone. Today is 18 sep 2014 i am writing this mail, till now also i have not received my shoes. I decided on that day i dont need the shoe and i dont want any further association with WOODLAND. I hope you will listen and resolve this very old issue and refund my money back . i am sorry i cant handle this any more .please refund my money 1720INR.
