Woodland — Unethical behaviour and not refunding my money for defective footwear

I brought woodland footwear on dates 16.06.15 from andheri store near nadko market. which cost me around 3000/- INR. Before a month sandle is start fading its color. The color was dark black which is spread on my legs and I got skin problem due to it. when i launched complaint against it on the same store. store manager take me more 10 days for R&D. after lots follow ups he is returning me the same shoes and telling me tht we will repair it again and again. M I fool to spend the 3000/- rs and taking lots of follow up to defective product??? I need my amount refund.. or else i will file this case on consumer court...
